The name of BORY comes from topology of the locality where the project will be developed. The area between Malé Karpaty and the river Morava is called Borská plain and is historically known as a place where pine trees grow.
The BORY project has the ambition to become a new city district of Bratislava that will significantly shift the northwestern border of the city and bring to this area shopping and leisure time facilities that have been missing here. BORY is the first development of its kind in Slovakia.
It combines exceptional shopping facilities, leisure time facilities, amenities, offices and residential premises. The BORY project consists of retail zone BORY STORES, shopping center BORY MALL and residential area BORY HOME.
The project will be executed in two phasses covering 2.2 million square meters.
